Two starting points. Not sure what you need? The AI Deep Dive is a flat $2,500 for 10 days. Already know? Ongoing engagements start at $3,000/month — build, run and support, cancel any time.
No minimum and no long-term contract. Engagements start at $3,000/month, or $15,000 for a one-time fixed-scope build. If the budget is tighter than that, tell us anyway — we can often start smaller with one workflow and grow from there.
Growing companies that run on manual work and disconnected tools, and want a system instead of another tool. If we're not the right fit, the Deep Dive will say so.
No. We keep what works, connect what doesn't talk to anything, and only replace what is actively costing you. Most of what we build sits on top of your current stack.
Ten days, three parts. We interview the people doing the work and map how it actually moves between your tools. We score every opportunity by hours saved, complexity and risk. Then we hand you a written plan — sequenced, with the price of building it — and walk you through it live. You own the plan whether or not you build it with us.
You own it — the code, the documentation and the training. Nothing is locked to us, and support stays senior if you want it. If you'd rather run it in-house from there, we hand it over properly.
